At Skrivoo, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free return experience.

Returns & Replacement

  • You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact

Doorstep Pickup (Reverse Pickup Service)

  • Once your request is approved, our delivery agent will come to your doorstep to pick up the product

  • No need to ship the product yourself

  • Pickup is usually scheduled within 1–3 business days after approval

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products used or damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

  • After successful pickup and inspection, refund will be processed

  • Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Replacement

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement after pickup verification

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed at the time of pickup

  • Pickup availability depends on serviceable locations
